My musical center of gravity has always been collaboration. I don’t approach the piano as a solitary instrument, but as a foundation for dialogue. Whether we are exploring the intricate poetry of a Lied or the shared breath of a chamber sonata, my goal is to provide a flexible, responsive, and secure musical space. I am there to listen, to support, and to build the performance with you, ensuring you feel completely free to take artistic risks on stage.

Great performances are built in the rehearsal room. When we work together, you can expect:
A focus on music, not notes: I arrive at our first rehearsal with the score fully prepared. Our time together is reserved for shaping phrases, balancing colors, and exploring style.
Deep respect for text and voice: Having specialized extensively in Lied interpretation, I understand the mechanics of breathing, vocal colors, and the crucial importance of diction and poetry.
Adaptability: Every musician breathes and phrases differently. I pride myself on quick reflexes, deep listening, and a seamless adaptation to your unique musical timing and bowing.
Professionalism & reliability: From clear communication in the planning stages to punctuality and focused energy in rehearsals, I strive to make the entire collaborative process smooth and stress-free.
